These salmon return to the mighty Copper River each year with bodies full of fat and honed with the muscles that will power their ~300 mile journey back to their spawning grounds. There are very few wild salmon runs remaining on the planet where the fish are naturally adapted for such a swift and steep journey.
Lucky for you, we put everything we’ve got into harvesting a select few wild Copper River salmon, treating them with the utmost care every step of the way between our net and your kitchen.
By hand selecting the highest grade salmon and immediately treating them to our advanced processing procedures, we provide the best Chinook, Sockeye, and Coho Salmon to the most discerning customers.
Our boat, the F/V Amulet, has the most advanced on-board processing equipment in the Copper River fishing fleet. Outfitted with an immersion tank, refrigerated seawater, flake ice storage, and pressure bleeding technology, the Amulet crew delivers a superior product.

King salmon, also known as Chinook, are the most deluxe salmon available on the market thanks to high concentrations of rich omega-3 fatty acids. These large, luxurious fish average about 20 pounds each and start to hit our nets around mid-May. By the end of June, the majority have gone up the river to spawn. Our catch is limited but if you are lucky enough to purchase one of ours you’ll enjoy it as the most luxurious tasting fish your taste buds have ever encountered.
Copper River Sockeye, sometimes referred to as red salmon, are the bread and butter of our fishery. Running from mid-May to mid-August the true color of Copper River Sockeye flesh is orange. Our Sockeye average about 6 pounds each. High in omega-3 fatty acids and protein as well as vitamin D, their orange fillets have a visual appeal that is matched by their excellent flavor, texture, and nutritional benefits.
Copper River Coho, also known as silver salmon, are the last to return to the Copper River each summer. Starting late August and stretching into September, these large mild fish average about 8 to 10 pounds each. Often overlooked for being late to the show these delicious salmon are not to be missed. Their firm flesh and delicate flavor make them an excellent fish for grilling and dressing up.
